COURSES
The Piper Cheyenne Initial Ground and Flight Training course, including all models of Piper Cheyenne, is all about getting you familiar with the aircraft and its systems. Our Training Courses consist of completion of an Aircraft System Review, and Flight Training Lesson plans as needed to demonstrate proficiency and mastery.
Originally, the aircraft was an upgraded version of the Pressurized Navajo equipped with two Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-28 turboprop engines. Later, the aircraft was further refined and developed, including aerodynamic improvements and fuselage extensions. The PA-31T led to the development of the PA-42 Cheyenne III and IV.
All training is conducted in your aircraft. At Florida Flight Center, we realize everyone has their aircraft set up the way they like it. Therefor, training in your aircraft will prepare you to fly your specific set up and achieve mastery of your aircraft. In addition, our instructors have vast experience flying the Piper Cheyenne models and can provide you with real world scenarios. Your instructor can either travel to your location and conduct training at your home base or you can travel to one of our training locations.
