CE-650 PIC TYPE RATING

The CE-650 Type Rating Training Course adds the CE-650 Type Rating to a pilot’s existing certificate. This allows the holder to act as pilot in command of the Cessna Citation III, VI or VII. Our course consists of a comprehensive systems review, flight training and prep for the oral and practical test. All training is personalized to your individual needs and skill level.

All flight training is conducted in aircraft. Training is conducted in your aircraft. You have the option to come to one of our training centers (make selection on Request a Quote Form) or we offer the convenience of training on site at your home base. Training in your aircraft will prepare you to fly your specific set up and achieve mastery of your aircraft. In addition, our instructors have vast experience flying the aircraft and can provide you with real world scenarios.

The CE-650 Type Rating requires a checkride conducted by an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE). Tasks to be demonstrated are defined in the ATP Type Rating Practical Test Standards for multi engine airplanes. FFC will coordinate the checkride on your behalf. Learn more on what to expect from the flight exam and how to reduce test-day nerves.

You can complete the CE-650 Type Rating Training Course in as little as 5 days. After you complete the course, your pilot certificate will be reissued with the CE-650 Type Rating.
